Delivery Services

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Expedited and Overnight delivery orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day.  
 
We ship all US orders by United Parcel Service; We ship all International orders by the US Postal Service
 
If any item cannot be delivered within the specified time frame, we will notify you by email or phone of the proposed delivery date.
 
Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO addresses. We will ship to APO and FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. For all APO and FPO address, please choose United States as your shipping country. Even if the actual shipment will be going out of the US, you still need to choose United States as your ship to country.

International Shipping

Baby Kaed is pleased to be able to offer you shipping to almost anywhere in the world!

You will be able to calculate shipping costs prior to entering your credit card or paypal information.  Fill up your Cart then click on the checkout button, enter your address and shipping information (you will not be asked to enter your payment information yet) and the shipping charges will display on the page; you can decide then if you would like us to ship a bag or two to you!  We ship all International orders via the US Postal Service.  Delivery times for most countries will usually take anywhere from 5-18 business days;  please note that once you place the order it may take up to 3 days processing time before your order is shipped out.  We will also ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive information to track your bag as it makes its way to you.
 
It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees once the package arrives to its destination. If you want to return the item(s) or refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping charges (both ways) and any custom charges; you will receive a refund for merchandise not for the shipping and handling charges.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Baby Kaed will not accept any returns or exchanges without a return authorization number written on the return. Ship prepaid and insured back to baby kaed after getting a return authorization. Please call 888-488-8018 or email returns@babykaed.com to obtain a return authorization number.  Only items purchased from the baby kaed website can be returned to us for refund or exchange. If you purchased your bag from a retail store other than baby kaed, please contact them directly to return or exchange your bag.

Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping and handling on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Gift Certificates
 
When purchasing a Gift Certificate, you are purchasing an eGift Card/Certificate. Upon purchase, you will be issued a "code". This code will be emailed to the address you enter at checkout. The code is stored in our cart system, which allows you to pass the code along to the recipient. To use the Gift Certificate, the recipient can shop as they normally would on the baby kaed site and then enter the code at checkout.  Certificate is valid for full dollar amount purchased. The entire gift certificate amount does not need to be used at one time. If there is a balance, the recipient can use the same Gift Certificate "code" multiple times until the balance is $0.00.  You can purchase more than one gift certificate amount, each Gift Certificate will be assigned a different code. If the dollar amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the difference will display at checkout and the recipient must pay the balance by credit card or paypal. Gift Certificates  are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed through the baby kaed website.
